Loqu8 iCE shows over 100,000 meanings of words and phrases from the Chinese-English translation dictionary. Since this dictionary is installed on your computer, it's always available--even when the Internet is slow or unavailable.

Highlight a range of text and Loqu8 iCE's HighlightScan window opens. Microsoft Bing provides an auto-translation at the top. The reading panel in the middle lets you follow along the original Chinese text. The details (bottom panel) provide complete definitions and usage notes.
